An Office of the Juvenile Officer in Jackson County, Missouri, spokesperson informed the publication that further charges are “anticipated in the future as the Kansas City Police Department continues its investigation.” According to NBC News, the gunmen caused the injuries of 22 individuals in total; Lopez-Galvan was the only fatality.
