Billy Kametz, a voice actor, died of colon cancer at the age of 35. The popular actor was most recognized for his roles as Ren in Pokémon Journeys: The Series and Naofumi Iwatani in The Rising of the Shield Hero. On June 9, he passed away. His death was confirmed by his agency, Point of Contact Booking, on Twitter.

Following the actor’s death, followers and fans took to Twitter to express their gratitude for his enduring legacy. Over the years, he has left a lasting impression on many fans and gamers who recognize his iconic voice.

Following Kametz’s death, his family requested that any donations be directed to the Colon Cancer Coalition. This way, he and his family can still leave a mark despite his passing and can massively help out those in need.
