Every cowboy sings a sad, sad song, according to Poison, and Arthur Morgan’s may be the most depressing of them all.
Red Dead Redemption Deserves this.
Unbelievably, Red Dead Redemption 2 turned four years old today. Rockstar Games created an incredible masterpiece on October 26th, 2018 that was well beyond any of our expectations.
Exceptional in every way were the breathtaking sights, the scope and depth of the open world, the narrative, and the acting.
Love it or hate it, I doubt a game has been as technically amazing since its release. When will we see one that comes close? I’m not sure. Frankly, I have no idea how Rockstar was able to get this beast on PS4 and Xbox One.
Given the lasting impact Red Dead Redemption 2 has had on players of all ages, it should come as no surprise that many are claiming it to be the best video game of all time on the occasion of its fourth birthday.
Rockstar insider Ben stated on Twitter that “to this very day, this game continues to impress millions of players with its amazing story writing and Rockstar Games’ tremendous attention to detail.”
“A game that isn’t only realistic on a technical level, but also in the emotions it gives,” agreed Twitter user Dario612. “Everything in it was pure art made by pure artists, from the devs to the actors and musicians, you can see the real passion. This is The Greatest Video Game ever made.”
The executive producers, producers, writers, developers, composers, and others all deserve credit and respect for what they have managed to create, said Rockstar Franchises. “Masterpiece. The game is truly way ahead of its time. There ain’t enough respect to all of the people behind it anymore. It’s sad.”
Fans gathered to applaud Rockstar for Red Dead Redemption 2’s “pure joy” over on Reddit. Even while the game isn’t without its challenges, exploring the vast world and taking in everything it has to offer is a unique experience.
This is an amazing game, makes me want to re-play it all over again.
