After signing a deal with World Wrestling Entertainment in June, the bout was Logan’s first solo match in WWE. The wrestler previously competed in a tag team bout at Wrestlemania against Rey Mysterio and his son Dominik.

The 27-year-old made his WWE debut at WrestleMania 37 in 2021 before making an appearance at WrestleMania 38 earlier that same year. He earlier published pictures of his visit to the company’s headquarters after reaching a contract with the sports entertainment powerhouse.
