The official trailer for Netflix’s animated take on the well-known combat video game brand has dropped, and it features all the combination moves and fighting strategies you could possibly want.
Choose Your Character
One of the key characters from the games, Jin Kazama, will be the focus of the series as he battles to get revenge on a horrible evil that has destroyed everything that matters to him. Jin, armed with the self-defense techniques taught to him by his family, Kazama-Style Traditional Martial Arts, wants absolute power to achieve his objective, which brings him to the King of Iron Fist Tournament, the decisive match that the entire world will be watching.
A Few Things to Unlock
The series would provide fans a more in-depth look at Jin’s past, Tekken head producer Katsuhiro Harada stated in a video that was displayed during the Netflix Geeked event.
Harada stated that “die-hard fans of the original and new viewers as well will discover many things that will make them say ‘so that’s what happened!'” because Tekken has the longest-running storyline in video games. Tekken: Bloodline will be available on Netflix on August 18 for streaming.
