Heavyweight world champion boxer Oleksandr Usyk has joined the Ukrainian capital Kyiv’s territory defense forces to help combat the Russian invasion. He has returned from London to his homeland in order to assist in the war effort.

Usyk has taken it to social media to voice out his thoughts and statements when it came to the Russian invasion on Ukraine. Urging people to stop the war and treat everyone else as brothers and comrades, he hosts a meaningful message.

With his actions, Usyk has been able inspire a lot of people and with that, Usyk isn’t the first professional fighter who has decided to join the battle against Russia. We expect more to come help out Ukraine and make a huge difference later on.
