Marvel to Feature CGI Stan Lee in Future Films

POW! and Genius Brands International have agreed to have  Stan Lee’s name and likeness licensed for a 20-year period by Marvel Entertainment. Despite Lee’s passing in 2018, his image will be used in television shows, feature films, television shows, Disney theme parks, merchandising, and even ‘experiences’

Andy Heyward, Chairman and CEO of Genius Brands, said the new partnership will ensure Lee’s legacy lives on. “It really ensures that Stan, through digital technology and archival footage and other forms, will live in the most important venue, the Marvel movies, and Disney theme parks,” Andy stated.

Going On

Heyward told interviewers that people would love to see Lee on the big screen again after acting in 37 Marvel movies. And of course, Heyward intends to keep it  that way as everyone just loves seeing Stan Lee!

As said in one of his cameos, one person can make a difference. That can definitely be said for Stan Lee as he has made a lot of people’s lives interesting and much more fun with his work. Now with this new deal, fans can watch Stan Lee live on alongside his work and forever immortalized as well.
