Many families may gather in front of the television to watch something as Christmas approaches. But if you don’t feel like watching the typical holiday classics this year, you might want to see Jonah Hill’s most recent Netflix film, which has a flawless Rotten Tomatoes rating. It follows Hill’s therapist Phil Stutz, one of the top psychiatrists in the world, in the new documentary Stutz, which Hill both stars in and also directed.

The Main Plot

In the movie, Hill and Stutz openly discuss their mental health and the struggle to improve everyone’s access to mental health care. Stutz’s life is examined in the documentary, which also takes viewers through his “The Tools” visualization exercises. He has extensive knowledge from healing innumerable patients over the course of 40 years, many of whom were therapy doubters and notable celebrities. The movie has been well received by spectators, who have praised Hill for his unvarnished honesty and described it as inspirational.

Raking in Good Reviews

With 17 reviews from critics, the documentary has a perfect Rotten Tomatoes rating of 100 percent. We’re treated to an honest chat about mental health and human imperfections between two guys who share a touchingly warm friendship in one of the reviews from The Financial Times, who were impressed.

Stutz is currently streaming on Netflix for those who wish to check it out. The Los Angeles Times also gave the movie high marks, stating in its review that it This film has a worthy goal: to change the perspectives of people who might be hurting right now. For those willing to go with its flow, it has a real power.”
