Officially returning to theaters is Kung Fu Panda 4. The release date for the fourth installment of the Kung Fu Panda series was revealed by Universal Pictures on Friday. According to Variety, Kung Fu Panda 4 will be released on March 8, 2024.
From Humble Beginnings
The 2008 release of the first Kung Fu Panda became DreamWorks’ highest-grossing original animated feature, grossing $1.8 billion at global box offices. The movie received an Academy Award nomination as well.
Inspiring More
The films’ success led to the franchise’s appearance in other animated television shows, video games, and other media. Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight, the newest TV show, made its Netflix premiere last month.
But it is yet unknown whether Jack Black would reprise his role as Po in Kung Fu Panda 4. Hoping that he could bring smiles to faces of fans, the movie will still be backed up by a great cast that is ready to put the awesomeness in the movie.
