Strangers Things Wins 5 Emmys at Creative Arts Emmys

Stranger Things, a beloved Netflix series, received five trophies at the 2022 Creative Arts Emmys on the second night of the event on September 4, making it one of the biggest streaming blockbusters of 2022.

Upping The Beat

The Outstanding Music Supervision award was one of the five that Stranger Things took home from the evening. Nora Felder, who oversees the music for the show, received the honor for the episode “Chapter Four: Dear Billy,” which is notable for featuring the Kate Bush song “Running Up That Hill.”

Meeting Vecna

The episode “Chapter Four: Dear Billy” of Stranger Things also won for Outstanding Prosthetic Makeup. For the episode “Chapter Seven: the Massacre At Hawkins Lab,” the series received recognition for Outstanding Sound Editing for a Comedy or Drama Series and Outstanding Sound Mixing for a Comedy or Drama Series.

At the presentation, Stranger Things, which significantly increased the action factor in the series in season 4, also received the award for Outstanding Stunt Coordination for a Drama Series, Limited or Anthology Series, or Movie.
