A DLC for Cyberpunk 2077 was announced last month. Players will be able to explore an entirely new Night City neighborhood as part of the “spy-thriller expansion,” Phantom Liberty, which also introduces a new cast of characters. It has now been decided which of these characters will be voiced by none other than Sasha Grey.
The Role
Although Grey’s voice is planned for Ash, a DJ for the expansion’s new community radio station, 89.7 Growl FM, is confirmed, it is currently unknown whether the character will also be modeled after Grey.
Being a Part of It
There could be around 12 to 15 winners in the official Cyberpunk 2077 music contest, who will also receive iZotope Elements Suite sound production software, a $3000 cash prize, and a Cyberpunk 2077 goodie bag. Participants can submit their own music tracks for a chance for them to be featured in the game, on Growl FM.
Phantom Liberty will unfortunately be the sole expansion for Cyberpunk 2077, but at least we already know that a follow-up to the game is in the works. For the time being, all we really know about the sequel is that it is currently known as Project Orion. At least, some of us could go back to some fond memories when we’d hear Grey’s voice while in game.
