Due to Stranger Things’ jaw-dropping season four finale, Metallica’s “Master Of Puppets” is climbing the charts. The song is gradually receiving the Kate Bush treatment, despite having been released back in 1986.

The Iconic Scene

When Eddie Munson started tearing it up on his electric guitar on the top of his trailer park house, the song began to play. The youngsters in Hawkins devised an ingenious plot to lure some demonbats away from Vecna’s house so that Steve, Nancy, and Robin could break into his lair.

Getting Noticed

Many people were happy to see heavy metal get its 15 seconds of fame, and it has been hailed as one of the best scenes in the entire series. When “Master of Puppets” was released over forty years ago, it peaked at number 29 on the Billboard 200.

However, Blabbermouth reports that it is currently moving up Spotify’s Top 50 Global playlist, where it has climbed to position #26. Members of the Metallica band will probably earn a significant sum of money from their appearance in the recent Stranger Things finale.
