Keanu Reeves Says He’s Down to be Wolverine

Hugh Jackman, who currently plays the Wolverine and will return to the role in Deadpool 3 with Ryan Reynolds, is four years younger than the stunning Keanu Reeves, who is 58 years old. Keanu Reeves, a legendary actor in Hollywood, is criticized for his portrayal of Wolverine in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. According to RTE.ie, Keanu Reeves participated in a Reddit AMA and was questioned by a fan on a role he had previously turned down. Reeves acknowledged that he “did always want to play Wolverine,” even though he claimed to never have regretted declining a part.

What Could Be

It is uncertain whether, at 58 years old, the chance to play Wolverine has long since gone. Hugh Jackman, who is 54, is also unlikely to continue to portray the part indefinitely. With Disney’s anti-aging technology, anything seems to be possible. Keanu Reeves has already stated his desire to play a well-known character in the MCU. Not to mention that in an interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Keanu had also expressed that he would be down for playing the role of Ghost Rider too.

What He Brings to the Table

We’re hoping Keanu Reeves will get the chance to play a role in the MCU. We are confident that he will excel in any role that is assigned to him. We have plenty of Keanu Reeves awesomeness to look forward to until that day, which may or may not come, with John Wick: Chapter 4 hitting theaters on March 24, 2023. Even though the new John Wick film won’t in theaters for another few weeks, critics have already praised it as one of the best action films ever.

In the eagerly anticipated sequel, Reeves is also expected to reprise his role as Constantine. This is despite concerns that the movie would not happen due to James Gunn’s DC shakeup. Regardless to say, Reeves is doing exceptionally well, and being part of the MCU would only amplify his already impressive resume, but we’re still hoping that could happen one day!
