Peter Dinklage is expected to appear in the next prequel to The Hunger Contests, so he is moving from one set of games to another. The 53-year-old actor has had a remarkable career on both the big and small screens, but it’s safe to say Tyrion Lannister from Game of Thrones is his most well-known performance.
As Flexible As He Can Be
With his role in The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, which takes place 64 years before the events of the trilogy, he is now lending his name to another successful mega-franchise.
Role After Role
Director Francis Lawrence revealed exclusively to Deadline that Dinklage will co-star with Tom Blyth, who will play the youthful Coriolanus Snow, as Casca Highbottom, the academy’s dean.
As you may have already guessed, the producers are now only in the casting stage of the film’s creation, so we’ll have to wait quite a while before we can see it in theaters on November 17, 2023, to be exact. We’ll just have to wait to learn more about the movie as and when fresh information becomes available till then.
