For some it would take a whole lot just to get to bed upon laying down. This would lead to a lot of struggle and might even end up in insomnia if not treated early. While it is true that some people have a definite struggle when it comes to sleeping, this fitness expert has something to show everyone that could definitely help them sleep easy.

Justin Agustin has taken to TIkTok the viral sensation that it is more than possible to go to sleep within two minutes of closing your eyes. Though it may seem impossible to happen in two minutes, he does explain what you have to do in order for it to work.

He then goes on explaining that this is a technique used by soldiers and mostly pilots as they need that energy most of the time on the battlefield. They struggle to sleep when they can and have developed the technique to relax all their muscles and make sure they get proper sleep.
