The next trailer for Thor: Love and Thunder has emerged, giving us our first look at Christian Bale’s Gorr the God Butcher, as well as more scenes of Russell Crowe’s Zeus and Natalie Portman’s Mighty Thor.
Quite the Story to Tell
The trailer debuted during the NBA East Finals playoff game between the Miami Heat and Boston Celtics. It starts with Taika Waititi’s Korg presenting the narrative of “the space Viking: Thor Odinson.”
What Sets Him Apart
We then see Christian Bale’s Gorr the God Butcher for the first time, and hear him promise that “all gods will die,” as well as that Thor is not like the previous gods he has killed, to which Thor then responds, “because I have something worth fighting for.”
