It’s easy to forget how physically demanding acting can be. Lengthy hair and makeup processes result from long days on site. As a result, they surely deserve a break now and then, with Andrew Garfield, one of Hollywood’s biggest actors, has recently decided to take on that decision.

A Much Needed One

In an interview, the actor, who will soon be seen in his first starring television role as a Mormon detective in the FX series Under the Banner of Heaven, revealed his choice.

Making It Big

Garfield had a significant comeback in 2021, with three films released within three months of each other in theaters and on streaming platforms.

While most people will recognize him from Marc Webb’s Spider-Man films from 2012 and 2014, he really rose to prominence for his role as Eduardo Saverin in David Fincher’s The Social Network. And with those, his schedule has been jam packed and busy, resulting in the actor’s decision to take some time off from acting.
